Homemade Baked Sushi Roll Recipe Made from Ice Cube Trays

homemade baked sushi rolls recipe

It’s sushi season! Just kidding I don’t think there is actually a season, but when I get a craving for sushi there is nothing I want more until I get it. So this week I conquered homemade baked sushi rolls made in my ice cube tray.

I’m on winter break from school, and one of the things on my to do list was to make sushi. The goal was to deep fry it, but I decided to bake the homemade sushi rolls mid prep because I knew it was going to get messy.

This was my first time making these and let me just tell you they tasted AMAZING. The presentation was somewhat sloppy, but hey you get the point right? I’m no professional food blogger, but I am a great cook. So if you love sushi, take my recipe and run with it. Because it will be worth it.
